How Long and How Often?

“Leading Elite Teams” is matched to the time-frame of your team’s performance challenges. Your Performance1 Team Coach will work with you to design a programme that could be as focused as a single facilitated meeting to solve a contentious issue – or phased over several months to provide development and feedback grounded in your team’s on-going business challenges. A typical programme includes individual interviews with each team member, observation and feedback at team meetings, a series of off-site workshops, and individual coaching with key players and the team leader.
