Master class – Performing Under Pressure
15 April 2010
Are you being asked to produce more from less?
Does the pace of change just get too much at times?
Do you ever struggle to stay resilient and optimistic in the face of uncertainty?
Would you like new ways to think clearly and creatively?
Many of our clients are answering ‘yes’ to these questions, as leadership demands increase every day. Our Master Classes are an ideal opportunity to develop specific, practical solutions to typical management challenges. With no more than eight people in the group, you’ll be able to learn from other senior people facing similar challenges in a range of organisations. Karen Ellis leads the Master Class (see her work here) in a lively, engaging and insightful style.
What will I learn?
- Answers to specific challenges you’re facing right now
- How to maintain your equilibrium and clear thinking under pressure
- How to look after yourself – so that you can lead others better
- How to reduce the impact of your specific stress triggers
- How to increase your performance levels in difficult situations
