Performance under Pressure
People are working harder and longer hours than ever before, in leaner organisations wired for 24/7 communication with globally spread colleagues, suppliers and customers. Expectations are higher too, and its tougher than ever to maintain a competitive edge.
We’ve been working with elite athletes since 1992 to help them hone their performance skills to successfully compete at the Olympics. Over the same period we’ve also worked with thousands of people in organisations across business and the public sector, so we know how the performance demands of sport and enterprise are similar and different.
Now we’ve distilled the key elements of performance into a powerful, pragmatic and enjoyable three hour workshop for anyone needing to learn how to thrive under pressure.
