Onto the podium

Onto the Podium  will help individuals in your organisation deliver outstanding results. Designed and delivered by Olympic Sport Psychologists, the programme will help your staff think and operate like elite athletes. So they will develop practical skills and strategies that will improve performance and productivity on a daily basis.

It will provide participants with an informative and engaging experience, challenging them to think differently about their work life and performance, and  how they contribute to your organisation. Learning from how Olympic Athletes train, compete and live, programme participants will:

  • Be inspired to search for the ‘extra 1%’ in their own performance that separates medal winners from also rans
  • Learn the principles of performing effectively and productively in pressurised and target-focused environments
  • Identify personal and professional strengths and weaknesses, and how to deal better with workplace challenges
  • Develop their own individual programmes, and implement skills and strategies that will enhance performance and engagement in the workplace
