Katherine Bond

Katherine is passionate about helping people perform under pressure. Her clients include professional golfers, a professional football club, the Rugby Football League, and she played a pivotal role in supporting the GB Paralympic Archery team to achieve their best ever medal haul at the Paralympics Games in Beijing in 2008. Now, in the build up to London 2012, she’s leading the performance psychology support programme for the GB Olympic Archery team.

She enjoys applying her skills and expertise as a coach and facilitator on leadership development programmes and with executive teams. As a Charted Psychologist, and Accredited Sport Psychologist, she helps people develop the skills and resources to produce sustainable, repeatable high levels of engagement and performance. Katherine’s approach is energetic and direct.  She challenges people to understand how they see their world and operate in it and with others, and works decisively to empower them to make impactful changes to their behaviour that result in lasting performance gains.

When she’s not working to improve other people’s performances, she is engaged in an on-going pursuit to squeeze that extra 1% out of herself – as an endurance athlete battling against injuries and advancing years!
