Karen Welch

Karen holds a graduate degree in English and Sociology from Keele University and a post-graduate diploma in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from Surrey University.

Her career has seen her lead change in organisations as a senior manager, Organisation Development consultant and internal change facilitator within the BBC. She is also on the Board of Trustees for a number of charities. Her consulting clients include Friends Provident, the Home Office, the Arts Council, the Terrence Higgins Trust and Local Government.

Karen partners with individuals, teams and organisations to access unrealised potentials within themselves and their operational contexts. Her support helps clients to attain tangible benefits in their performance and to enlarge their perspectives.
