When we first started working with Judith, there was a clear link between her practical, flexible approach and the way we work with businesses.

She brought with her a wealth of experience. From a background in HR in both retail and public sector, and then time as director of organisational development for a Scottish NHS board, Judith’s interest in psychology deepened and she started a Masters degree.

The consultancy work she started after that was a natural fit for Performance1. We’ll often turn to Judith to direct larger programmes which involve bringing together coaches and members of the client’s organisation. Recently, that’s included work for the Royal Shakespeare Company where a team of P1 coaches have been working with their managers.
