Ginny draws on over 20 years’ experience in the business world including seven years’ experience in the City of London in both the equity and debt capital markets. Since then, she has worked with senior executives and their teams, mainly in the financial services and professional services sectors.  She helps people to make lasting positive changes, integrating every aspect of their lives within the context of their organizational role.  Ginny’s clients appreciate her supportive, insightful and challenging style and ability to help think through complex issues, often “below the surface”, helping them to form a strategic direction.
