Our one-on-one coaching gives you the attitude, knowledge and tactics to thrive. We use insights from Olympic sport, business and therapy to help you learn and develop, fast.

We can help you tackle anything that’s holding you back from what you’re really capable of. That could be adapting to a new position, heading a new team, or leading people in complicated circumstances. Or it might mean working with people who are falling short of their potential, or tackling tricky relationships which get in the way of work.

How does our coaching work?

First, we’ll meet with you – and your sponsor – to find out what you want from the process and agree some clear objectives.

Often we’ll ask you to nominate a handful of people who can give us a better idea of how you perform at work. Colleagues, team members and even external partners can help us understand your role, leadership style and impact, and how you work in a team environment. We’ll pull together these insights to help you see the situation as others see it.

 How long does it take?

The most intense work is in the first few weeks, when we’ll spend a couple of days with you and your people. After that, we’ll base your coaching on two hour meetings every month or so. It might also be valuable to run facilitated sessions with certain people, or a whole team workshop, but we’ll agree that with you early in our work together. We generally find that our coaching has the most powerful effects over 4-8 months, when we’ll review progress with you and your sponsor.
